HOW MUCH TO BE A FRANCHISEE?​

WE CHARGE $50K + HST FOR INITIAL SET UP A BRAND NEW STORE. THE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE RENOVATION AND EQUIPMENT
BRAND-NAME USE FEE: $3K ANNUALLY
PREPARING:
- Advise on location research, selection, and lease agreement
- Advise on Marketing strategies and food items based on demographics
- Financial Aid referral for investment
- Advise on Building permit drawing, application, business license registration, and other regulations to comply with City bylaw.
- Advise on Decoration, Renovation, and purchasing equipments with affordable budget

PROCESSING
- Follow up building permit drawing and application
- Interior Design for the store based on Dak Lak theme
- Supervise the renovation & Decoration process
- Supervise machines and equipment purchase
- Set up, decore, and arrange store equipments and furniture
- Arrange and assisting in purchase inventory, supplies, and utensils
TECHNIQUE TRANSFERING
- Recruit and training staffs
- All technique related to store operation, HR management, accounting & payroll, marketing & social media, and recipes will be transferred to owner
- Dak Lak head office's staff will work 80 hours (1 months) in the new store to manage and train employees

MARKETING
- Prepare a marketing strategy for 3 month period
- Connect with Social media, influence, and food bloggers to promote the store
- Prepare for soft & grand-opening day
- Design & printing menus, posters, business card, flyers, signages, and online advertising posts

- 10 sets of Coffee filter (L, XL)
- 20 sets of Dripping coffee sets
- 20 Wooden trays
- 50 kgs of Dak lak coffee bean
- 100 empty coffee bags (500g)
